Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident starting your book with CoreText. Our refund policy is straightforward and tied to where you are in the process.

Full refundwithin 7 days of purchase, if you haven't completed your first voice session.
50% refundif you've completed 1–2 sessions but haven't received your manuscript.
No refunds after manuscript delivery — at that point the work product has been generated and delivered.

To request a refund, email support@newwaveauthors.com from the address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and typically settle within 5–10 business days.

Add-on packages (editing, cover, strategy, and higher tiers) follow the same principle: refundable until the corresponding deliverable or session has been produced or held. Questions? We're happy to help before you buy.
