Delivery Guarantee & Refund Policy

CoreText is a delivery guarantee: complete your required steps and we produce your deliverables — or we refund you. We'd rather fix your book than lose your trust, so quality concerns are handled by regenerating, not refunding.

A refund is owed only if all of these are true:

  • (a) you completed the steps required of you (e.g. your voice interviews or content uploads);
  • (b)you notified us that a promised deliverable wasn't produced; and
  • (c) we still don't produce it within 7 days of that notification (the 7-day clock starts when you tell us).

Quality concerns are not refunds.If a deliverable was produced but you're not satisfied with it, we regenerate it — for as many rounds as it takes (the editing studio and audiobook tools are built for exactly this). Tell us what's wrong and we'll make it right.

To start a guarantee claim, email support@newwaveauthors.com from the address on your account, telling us which deliverable is missing. Approved refunds return to your original payment method via Stripe and typically settle within 5–10 business days.

This applies to every package and add-on (editing, covers, audiobook, kits, and the higher tiers): each is guaranteed to be delivered, and refundable under (a)–(c) above if it isn't. Questions? We're happy to help before you buy.
